Where we came from.
Staffolio was founded in 2023 with a question that offshore staffing hadn't been asking: why does the U.S. talent market accept a binary choice between expensive local hires and anonymous BPO?
We started with one Chicago client and a small bench of Philippines-based property management coordinators, hand-picked for U.S. workflows. Three years later we've placed 150+ professionals at 60+ companies, expanded across accounting, finance, customer service, administrative, sales, and marketing — and 90%+ of the clients who started with us are still with us.
2023 — Founded in Chicago. First placements in real estate, construction, and professional services.
2024 — Grew to 150+ active placements across 60+ U.S. companies. Built a dedicated Client Success function.
2025 — Expanded into Customer Service, Administrative, Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
2026 — Continued growth at 50%+ YoY, with 90%+ client retention.

Our Values at Staffolio
We don't disappear after the placement.
Most offshore staffing relationships end at signing. Ours start there. Every Staffolio placement gets a dedicated Client Success Partner running ongoing QC calls, feedback loops, and formal six-month performance reviews — built in, not billed separately. We manage the relationship from both sides, so your placement has consistent support and you have someone to call if anything isn't landing.
Stop hiring for jobs. Start hiring for leverage.
A 30-minute call is enough to scope a role, sketch the economics, and see a shortlist of candidates from our bench. No hourly gimmicks. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
